Jennifer Murphy is a multi-disciplinary communicator and adult educator. Her research focuses on social justice and power structures in the Australian neoliberal university system, specifically on the personal and professional consequences of employment casualisation for aspiring academics. She believes that individual and community wellbeing and inclusion stems from creating meaningful engagement opportunities, supporting connections, and increasing knowledge through social capital.
